Yes, it’s Advent once again! I’m psyched 😇
I’ve made a few small updates to this week’s nondenominational worship service on hope, the theme for the first week of Advent.
This service (and season) is all about waiting — how do we live in the “now but not yet” sense of God’s kingdom? What is our role as we wait for God’s shalom to be true here on Earth as it is in heaven?
As always, the service is suitable to older adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
Watch the 44-minute church service on hope for Advent week 1 here.
And here’s the written agenda.
Weekly Advent Resources
In case you missed my blog on Monday: I’ve got a plethora of dementia-friendly materials to help you celebrate every week of this special season with your loved ones or elders in your care. That includes sing-along Christmas carols, weekly Bible studies, craft activities, and more!
Peace be with you,
