Dementia-friendly church service: Christ the King Sunday

Just a few minor tweaks to this week’s worship service for Christ the King Sunday. As always, it’s suitable for older adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

If you’re like me, it’s good to be reminded that God’s kingdom — characterized by loving and caring for the lowly and vulnerable (Matt. 25:34-46) — stands in glorious contrast to earthly kingdoms and rulers. May we follow and obey our one True King and no other!

Watch the 44-minute worship service for Christ the King Sunday here.

And here’s the written agenda.

To help with your busy holiday season, I plan to post all of my newly recorded Advent video services next week, along with the written agendas. (I’ll also post them week by week as usual.)

And to make the most of the season, check out my dementia-friendly Bible studies and weekly Advent Devotionals booklet. Woo hoo — tis the season! 🎄

Peace be with you,
