Dementia-friendly church service: Pentecost (wind & fire)

This Sunday, June 8, is the traditional celebration of Pentecost, the day God first sent his Spirit — described as wind and fire — to the new Christ followers. This week’s slightly updated nondenominational worship service for Pentecost looks at those two powerful natural forces and why they are apt metaphors for the Holy Spirit.

As always, this service is suitable for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
