Here is this week’s video church service for seniors, especially those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, who remain isolated because of covid-19 restrictions. The theme for this church service is Mother’s Day!

This worship service includes:

• scripture readings
• numerous sing-along hymns and spiritual songs
• familiar participatory elements, such as Psalm 23 (The Lord is my shepherd) and the Lord’s Prayer (Our Father)
• a short homily on the theme of mothering, including spiritual motherhood
• lighthearted readings and poetry
