I love it when I get requests from readers! Last week, Kay M. wrote: “Do you have a Bible study on 
1 Peter 5:6-11? Thanks for your Bible studies, they are really a great help for our nursing home ministry.”

I didn’t have a Bible study for that passage, so I created one this week and tried it out on my group of elders with dementia.

For me, the key words are “clothe yourselves with humility … humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God,” followed by “cast your anxieties on God.” How do those connect, you may ask? Read the guide and find out 😇
