NEW Dementia-friendly church service: Advent week 2, Love

News flash! I’ve recorded a brand-new service for Advent week 2 on Love. (If you’re wondering why I chose Love for week 2 instead of week 4, find out here.)

Why a new recording? To be honest, I just wasn’t thrilled with my original service on Love. I think God’s love is just about the richest topic of all, so while I’m sure I still don’t do it justice, I think this new version is a better attempt than before ☺️

As always, this service is suitable for older adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

I’d love to hear what you think, so feel free to give feedback in the comments below!

Watch the 44-minute church service on Love for Advent week 2 here.

And here’s the new and improved written agenda.

Peace be with you,

P.S. I’m indebted to Amanda Moore for permission to include her beautiful spoken-word poem, “God’s Love,” in this service. Check out her own recitation of it on YouTube.

P.P.S. Once again, don’t miss my weekly Advent resources, all designed for people with dementia.
