Dementia-friendly church service: Community

Again, I’ve made slight updates to this week’s nondenominational worship service on community.

It’s an important message: Each of us has a role to play in the healthy functioning of the body of Christ — including every older adult living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. You matter because you are you!

Watch the 45-minute church service on community here.

And here’s the written agenda.

At the end of this service, because you’re part of my community I include an encouragement for you or your elders to contact me if you ever want to chat or pray together. However, just a heads up: I’m away from my desk until Oct 10 — but I promise I’ll respond after that time!

Peace be with you,

P.S. I’ve pre-loaded worship services and written agendas to cover my time away, so you’ll still get weekly alerts if you’re subscribed to my YouTube channel or this website.

Hi Are you aware of any online or face to face training (Perth, Western Australia) to upskill myself in the area of Spiritual care for Elderly people and people with Dementia?
