In case you missed it, I recorded four brand-new video worship services for Advent. Now we’re on Advent week 3: Joy. I have a special fondness for this new service because it focuses on Mary’s joy in the Lord (and also includes new photos of our darling grandchildren 🥰).
Watch the new 43-minute worship service on Joy here. And here’s the updated written agenda for Joy.
As always, all of my services and written agendas (and every other resource I create) are suitable for older adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
A note on the photos

On our trip to Italy in Sept-Oct this year, my husband and I saw thousands of beautiful artworks. I was particularly taken by several tender and beautiful images of Mary. One is above and at right, a fresco in the stunning monastery Museo Nazionale di San Marco. (Read a wonderful article about this painting and exhibit.)

The second image, which I include in this week’s video service, is of Mary and Elizabeth, displayed in the Uffizi Galleries. I’m so moved by the connection they have as they encourage and rejoice with each other.
