Dementia-friendly church service: Pentecost (May 23, 2021)

This week’s nondenominational worship service video marks the celebration of Pentecost (May 23, 2021), remembering when the Holy Spirit first came to the new followers of Jesus. The service is suitable for older adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

In the Pentecost story recorded in Acts 2, the Spirit is described like wind and fire — so this video church service looks at the qualities of fire and wind, and how God’s Spirit shares characteristics of those elements.

Peace be with you,
